A little bit about me, (Shelah) I lived in Colorado for 53 years where I raised 3 boys who will always be my pride and joy. I have owned and managed many businesses with the latest being a home cleaning business. Throughout my life, I have had a love and passion for hospitality including cooking, baking, health & Nutrition, gardening, decorating, and the gift of serving others. I’m a country girl at heart and couldn’t be happier to have now embarked on my passion for living in the Black Hills, in nature, doing what I love.
A little bit about me, (Tom) I grew up in Phoenix, AZ and lived there for 40 years. I served in the US Army for 5 years and enjoyed my time overseas in Germany. I had a career in law enforcement for 10 years, but most of my days have been involved in sales with my most recent as an RV consultant. I love the outdoors, riding horses, and I look forward to riding my motorcycle in the beautiful Black Hills.
About us… We met on a dating site and before you know it Tom was moving to Colorado. We enjoyed our time in Colorado together, but Shelah’s dream was to always be in the mountains with a hospitality business. Were so blessed to have found the Roost Resort!
We look forward to building new and lasting relationships and being your hosts for many years to come.
See you soon.
